I am getting the "Failed to login:illegal login attempt.Your client has send illegal login information to this server.This is most likely the result of a modified/hacked Nexgen package,therefore you are not allowed to enter the server." message appearing when i try to connect on the .CON server.
I was having similar troubles a couple of weeks ago on the bunnytrack server.
I know i have not done anything deliberate to the programming.It is obviously something i downloaded from another server or an upgrade patch.
Is there a program available that can scan my UNREAL dir & remove any unwanted bugs?

sorry,this is the first thread i have started.i have never had this problem before & i was wondering if any alterations to the .CON server had been made or if anybody else was having this trouble.

I have seen this before. It is an issue with the new nexgen / ACE combo. If you try to connect to the server when the map has ended and the voting is going on then this will happen, but you should be able to reconnect after the map changes. If you continue to have the issue even if the map has not ended then try deleting all the nexgen files out of the system folder. They will be reinstall upon reconnecting.
Please let me know if the issue continues after trying the above.

i do not know which files to move from my systems dir.
i removed all the files that began with NP,these were NPLoaderLL_v15e. & NPLoaderLL_v16b. & attempted to log onto .CON server.
the server downloaded NPLoaderLL_v16b. but i am still cannot log on & am still getting the message appear.
i do not know what other files to remove.
any help would be appreciated.

Yes as Dr. Quack stated delete the files that start with Nexgen. If you don't have any of these files in your system folder they will be in your cache and you will need to run utcachecleaner first to move them to the system folder.
